The resort offers several heated pools; a beach with water-sports activities including Jet Skis; an interactive water feature; Kokomos Tiki Bar; miniature golf; on-site Disney ticket sales; an exercise room; games room; horseshoes; volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts; shuffleboard; and children and family activity programs. Free transportation is provided to the Disney parks.

Very,very nice place to stay on vacation. Lots of activities and convenient to Disney parks, shopping and resturants. I have vacationed here the last two years and plan to return soon.

Disney World!

We were amazed at the spaciousness here. We took our family of 8 and had room to stretch! Very clean. Friendly staff. We loved how close it was to Disney World and Universal Studios. We've stayed three times now!

Great Point values when wanting to visit other resorts. And maintenance are due only every other year.

Summer Bay points allows you to use the vacation week at another location if you would like to vacation at another location but the Summer Bay Resort is a great place to vacation.
